After years apart, half brothers 20/20 Mike and Torch are brought back together by the one thing they have in common-crime. Reunited, the pair plan to make a fast buck ripping off a heroin deal. But their plan goes badly wrong. The deal erupts in a hail of bullets. Mike and Torch escape, making a run for it with a motherload of drugs belonging to local hoodlum, Manny Rivera. Holed up in an abandoned building with a contract out on their lives, Mike turns to his old partnet Tony for help, little realising hes already triggered a chain of events that will not only test the tiro's loyalties to the limit...it could kill them all.
