A woman discovers she has some uninvited house guests in this thriller from director Andrew Paquin. After recently separating from her husband, Alice (Rachel Blanchard) shows prospective buyers around the home she has now decided to sell. Unbeknown to Alice, however, two psychopathic killers, David (Brian Geraghty) and Lila (Tricia Helfer), are hiding in the house and soon make their presence felt. After murdering one of her friends, they then imprison Alice in the basement, before acting out their fantasies of domestic bliss, all the while dispatching any visitors unlucky enough to call.
