This fourth film in the 'Raw Feed' horror series is a very black comedy. When a young girl, Riley (Ashley Johnson), is kidnapped by a deranged serial killer, Otis (Bostin Christopher), she somehow manages to escape. Incensed by the ineptitude of the FBI, who failed to deliver in its promise to bring Riley home unharmed, Riley's family members take the law into their own hands and set out to gain extreme revenge on the murderous Otis.
