Palace Of Fun DVD

| DVD

In the world of sun, sea and Brighton beach, three young people on the brink of adulthood navigate the complexities of love, sex and secrecy with disastrous consequences. Lily and Finn meet one drunken night in a club and begin the perfect summer romance - until they meet Lily s younger brother Jamie. As the temperature rises outside, a murky psycho-sexual game commences between the two men, threatening to engulf them all. An intimate look into the strains of familial bonds and awakened romance, Palace of Fun paints the extreme lengths young people go to in order to... keep up appearances and maintain their identity. A distinctly erotic British cousin to the classic Mr. Ripley story, Palace of Fun envelops the viewer in an irresistible world of questionable morals and fervent intentions. [show more]

Low-budget British drama. Siblings Lily (Phoebe Naughton) and Jamie (George Stocks) are left alone in their lavish family home in Brighton when their wealthy parents take off for a weekend vacation in Italy. However, their tranquillity is shattered when Lily brings home drifter Finn (Andrew Mullan) after a night out, to Jamie's displeasure. When Jamie discovers Finn has adopted a fake identity to get into their home, he decides not to tell his sister right away and instead uses the situation to his advantage, by making Finn fulfil his own cruel desires.
