Happily married couple Jess (Sarah Michelle Gellar) and Ryan (Michael Landes) have a seemingly perfect life. But when Ryan's troubled brother Roman (Lee Pace) re-enters their life, things take a sinister turn. Sarah Michelle Gellar and Lee Pace star in this romantic thriller. Lawyer Jess (Gellar) and her husband Ryan (Michael Landes) rent out a room to Ryan's ex-con loser brother Roman (Lee Pace). When Ryan and Roman are involved in a car accident, both men end up in a coma. When Roman later wakes, he seems to believe that he is Ryan, talking and behaving like his brother and even reminiscing about moments of intimacy between Ryan and Jess. As Jess tries to deal with these increasingly disturbing events, she is forced to question whether the spirit of her beloved husband has returned to her - or whether something far more sinister is going on.
