Wai Keung Lau and Andrew Loo co-direct this action thriller following Chinese gangsters in New York. As kids, Chinese immigrant brothers Sonny (Justin Chon/Alex Fox) and Steven (Kevin Wu/Michael Gregory Fung) dedicate themselves to the gang of the Green Dragons.
