A group of four young friends are enjoying their camping trip in the Australian outback until they are suddenly forced off the road by a road train, a truck with two huge trailers, leaving their car badly damaged and one of them seriously injured. When the truck stops and they go to find out why the driver rammed them, they discover the vehicle's completely empty. Sudden gunshots lead to them commandeering the truck and trying to find help but soon after they enter the truck they begin to suffer haunting visions.
