Road To Bali is the sixth 'Road' picture featuring the immortal screen combo of Bob Hope Dorothy Lamour and Bing Crosby and the only one in the series made in Technicolor. Hope and Crosby play music hall artists in Australia after the usual series of hilarious mishaps they find themselves on the run and end up in Port Darwin where they are hired as deep-sea divers searching for treasure. Here they meet the lovely Princess McTavish (Lamour). Hope has an encounter with a sea monster but manages to secure the treasure and all three escape to Bali.
