Over the course of six episodes, the lifelong dog owner meets keepers of various animals, all wanting to showcase their perfect companions. This includes a pigeon racer whose prized pet is worth upwards of 70 thousand pounds, the leading contenders in the race to be crowned Britain's most creative dog groomer and a self-proclaimed pet psychic. As he meets different owners and discusses the cost, commitment and effort given to the animals, Ronnie discovers the extreme lengths some will go to to have their pet shining in the spotlight.
