Vijay Oberoi (Sanjay Kapoor) a Bombay based billionaire comes across Devika (Priti Jhangiani) at a painting exhibition and he likes her at the first sight. He has a crush for her knowing the fact that she is a married woman. Devika is a small time painter. Her husband Sameer (Aryan Vaid) an MBA is a highly ambitious guy who wants to make it big in life. Born to a middle class family Sameer always dreams of becoming a business tycoon. Devika also inspires him to pursue his goal.
