In the grand tradition of the 'mockumentary' comes a deliciously offbeat hilariously on-target skewering of the particular breed of madness known as independent moviemaking. Some directors are visionaries; others just need corrective lenses. Somewhere in between lies Jake Barrymore. After graduating at the top of his class from Three-Day Film School Jake cons his way into the Montreal Film Festival with a film that doesn't exist - yet! But with the help of his loyal producer Larry his burnt-out film school mentor Martin (and unwitting ex-girlfriend Annie) Jake just... might pull it off. If you're a budding filmmaker or someone who just wants to laugh at budding filmmakers you should definitely See This Movie. [show more]
