Extremely gory, graphically sadistic horror, as an insane mass-murderer escapes capitol punishment to exact bloody revenge. When the time comes for his execution in the electric chair, serial killer Max Seed (Will Sanderson) manages to survive three separate attempts to kill him. Faced with a local law that states that anyone who survives three attempts in the electric chair can be pardoned, Warden Wright (Ralf Moeller), Dr. Wickson (Andrew Jackson), and the executioner (Michael Eklund), decide to flout justice, bound Seed, and bury him alive. Believing their problems to have finally been laid to rest, a blood-soaked Seed manages to confound his captors by somehow clawing his way back to the surface, where, hell-bent on vengeance, he sets out on a trail of gratuitous blood-letting.
