Action comedy which sees two ambulance services in a quiet American town compete to be the best company. With budget cuts in place in Bayside town only one ambulance company can continue to run, leaving both the Downtown Intensive Care Unit and the Bayside Ambulatory Life Services to prove that they can provide the best care and save the most lives. As the competition progresses, however, the employees begin to care more about coming out on top and less about their patients.
