Found-footage paranormal horror. A research team made up of paranormal investigators are invited to a ranch in Utah where Cody (Nash Lucas), the eight-year-old son of ranch owner Hoyt (Jon Gries), had inexplicably disappeared before his father's eyes. Long considered to be a hotbed of supernatural activity, the ranch is believed to be on the path of the 'skin-walkers' of Native American legend and is apparently the site of numerous UFO sightings and livestock mutilations. When the research crew arrive, they find there is more truth to these claims than some might be willing to believe...
