J.P. Simon directs this low-budget horror, adapted from Shaun Hutson's novel. After a rural town is left shocked by a number of mysterious and gruesome deaths, health inspector Mike Brady (Michael Garfield) is called in to investigate. However, when Brady offers his explanation that a toxic breed of killer slugs is responsible, the police refuse to believe him. With the body count rising, Brady must act quickly to try and stop the carnivorous slugs before they claim anymore victims.
