Fast-paced Hong Kong action movie in which a skilled police sniper sets out to combat a former partner who has gone rogue. Hartman (Richie Ren) is one of the most respected policemen in his city's sniper division. His former colleague, Lincoln (Xiaoming Huang), was also once renowned for his long-range abilities but an unfortunate incident which resulted in the death of a hostage led to Lincoln's removal from the force and earned him a spell in prison. Nursing a grievance, upon his release Lincoln begins offering his skills to the city's criminals and is now a threat to the very sniper team he used to serve. Hartman enlists the help of a precocious young sniper, OJ (Edison Chen), to track down his ex-partner and end his killing spree.
