Urban drama set on the streets of South Central LA that examines the relationship between a man and his young son. Bobby Johnson (Glenn Plummer) is a member of the tough gang which controls much of South Central under the command of Ray Ray (Byron Minns). Returning to civilian life after a brief stretch in jail, Bobby discovers that his girlfriend Carole (LaRita Shelby) has given birth to a boy, but before he can get to know his son he is back in jail for a murder Ray Ray puts him up to. It is ten years before Bobby is released, a period in which his son Jimmy (Christian Coleman) has become a member of the gang and is now under the wayward direction of Ray Ray. Determined that Jimmy will not repeat his mistakes, Bobby sets out to protect him but must first confront the influences that warped his own life.
