Set on the island of Minorca where debonair Mike Scott is trying to organise a photo-shoot with a bevvy of glamorous models. He bumps into an old school friend Sir Percy de Courcy who, with his manservant Percy, is trying to sell off a large amount of very low quality local wine. Perkins has accidentally stumbled on a recipe for making the wine into an aphrodisiac and soon the town begins a drinking orgy. However, the side-effect of the new wine is that after a certain amount of glasses the drinker begins to bark like a dog...
