The young Spike, newly graduated from the school of elves goes to the North Pole to take up his position in Santa Claus' workshop. As soon as he arrives, he is put in the care of Raymond, an old experienced elf. But Spike just can't get the hang of things and its one blunder here and another mistake there and although the keen little elf only means well Raymond is quickly fed up and Spike disheartened.Sad and demoralized, Spike needs and wants to show his worth and so he volunteers to do the task that no one else will---fetch the precious bag that contains every letter... sent to Santa Claus from all the children around the world. Festive children's animation following the adventures of a young elf who graduates to Santa's workshop. Unfortunately, as hard as Spike tries, he struggles to adapt to life in the workshop and causes no end of trouble. In a bid to prove his worth he volunteers to undertake the important job of carrying the bag containing the letters to Santa sent by children all around the world.
