Set early in the 22nd century Enterprise focuses on a history of the galactic upheaval that leads to the formation of The Federation. Its compelling stories of team bravery and individual heroism are sure to answer countless questions for both die-hard fans of the series and neophytes to the Star Trek universe. Starring a fresh young cast this exciting new chapter continues to push the edge of the visual envelope with the kind of state of the art special
I was always a fan of the star trek series, but after the next generation series the story line began to fall ie: deep space nine, once describe as 'a soap in space'. I look forward to this new series, I was not disappointed, the characters were more believeable, at last a male captain, Jonathan Archer, a female sub commander, T'pol a vulcan in the great star trek tradition, you would of thought their would of been some sexual chemistry between them, nope! you would be wrong.
In this series takes you back to the beginning, if you had seen the film 'star trek- first contact' it takes a lot references from this, don't be put off! The star ship enterprise it's self, is a very good idea, not many lifts, plenty of ladders, not much armour or fire power.
The first series starts with the meddling Klingons, then continues into next with defending the earth from a race of aliens committed to destroying our planet, again!
Then finally, the last series, for the people who interested in star trek series who alway wanted to know why, things like the Klingons, the Romulans always had a grudge or how the race of super genetic humans came about, even Data, all is revealed
It is a shame the star trek franchise has came to a end, it will be sadly missed, but we can buy these series and choose the one's we prefer.
