As a young novelist and his wife are coping with the loss of their child their lives are turned upside down when a panicked girl appears at their secluded house in the middle of the night and tells them that people in masks are stalking her. Thriller in which a grieving couple endure a night of terror after offering sanctuary to a young woman in distress. Haunted by his death, they retreat to their remote home to try and piece their lives back together.
