Around a beautiful lake in the midst of the untouched and dramatic landscape of Northern Norway we follow a wooden boat's venture across the lake. In the course of its journey we will absorb the vast array of temperate sensations and beautiful harmonies from this unique landscape. The brutality and mercilessness of life are central elements as the story unfolds into what can be seen as nature's own death mass. The Norwegian Radio Orchestra conducted by Ari Rasilainen performs two piano concertos and two symphonic poems. Piano soloists are Joachim Knoph and Wolfgang Plagge.
