Early outing for Tim Robbins and John Cusack who star as two friends who set up a video production company together after losing their jobs as security guards. Their lack of experience leads them at first into taking on any job, including a right-wing, folksinging Presidential hopeful's fundraising dinner. But success comes when they get make a music video for a heavy metal band, which becomes a surprising hit. However, this is when the comic adventures really begin: with the Presidential candidate trying to retrieve a private tape from the duo and the Secret Service becoming rather interested in them as well. Features many cameos from members of the music establishment and Tim Robbins went on to use the character of the Presidential candidate in his film 'Bob Roberts'.
