Western directed by Charles Robert Carner and starring Jon Voight, James Caan and Teri Polo. Elderly rancher John Landsburg (Voight) has no intention of giving up on the family ranch despite financial difficulties. One daughter suggests selling off part of their land to solve the problem, another daughter thinks they should use part of the property as a bed and breakfast. John himself refuses both of these suggestions and is convinced that the root of his problems lies with rival rancher Tap (Caan), who has long maintained that the Landsburg land rightfully belongs to him.
