Cartoon heroes Rocky and Bullwinkle find themselves in a bit of a jam when they are ejected from the world of pen-and-ink into the realm of flesh-and-blood. There they must team up with hopeful young FBI agent Karen Sympathy (Piper Perabo) and save the world from the evil Fearless Leader (Robert De Niro) and his simpering sidekicks Boris Badenoff (Jason Alexander) and Natasha Fatale (Rene Russo). But if there is one thing more dangerous to the crimebusting trio than the inept booby traps set by Boris and Natasha, it is their own madcap incompetence.
