Uwe Boll directs this tongue-in-cheek vampire horror set during World War II. It is 1943 and Nazi troops led by vicious Commandant Ekart Brand (Michael Pare) have occupied a small town in Eastern Europe. The Commandant and his cronies oversee the transportation of train-loads of people to the nearby death camps, where the psychotic Doctor Mangler (Clint Howard) performs his gruesome experiments, turning the camp victims into an army of vampire soldiers.
