Low-budget biblical drama. The film begins in 605 B.C. when Jerusalem is conquered by the Babylonians and Daniel (Andrew Bongiorno/Robert Miano) and his fellow Jews are exiled to Jerusalem and sentenced to serve King Nebuchadnezzar (Rolf Saxon) for 70 years. During their imprisonment, Daniel is guided by God to serve his captors and finds himself influencing the kingdom's political landscape.
Please note this is a region 2 DVD and will require a region 2 (Europe) or region Free DVD Player in order to play. In 605 B.C. Jerusalem was conquered by the Babylonians and many of their best young men were taken into captivity. Daniel was among those taken to Babylon to serve the powerful King Nebuchadnezzar. Threatened by death at every turn Daniel never ceases to serve the king until he is forced to choose between serving the king and honoring God. With his life at stake Daniel has nothing but his faith to stand between him and the lions den.
