Tom McGrath directs this animated comedy featuring the voice talents of Alec Baldwin, Steve Buscemi and Jimmy Kimmel. When his parents return home from the hospital, Tim Templeton (Miles Bakshi) is less than pleased to find that they have brought with them his new baby brother (Baldwin). When Tim discovers that the baby can not only talk but is also the head of a secret organisation of babies plotting to escape their mundane lives, Tim himself tries to escape in order to tell his parents and reclaim their affection. When the baby uncovers a plot by the CEO of Puppy Co. however, Tim puts his truth-telling on hold to help save the world from the evil Francis E. Francis (Buscemi).

With his kind parents all to himself and his big imagination Tim has a hard time thinking about anything better! But when his new little brother comes along, he is getting less and less attention.
