All five episodes from the first series of the fly-on-the-wall documentary following the lives of the workers of a Swansea call centre. Along with CEO Nev Wilshire, the documentary also sees operatives Corey Rees, Heledd Owen and Matthew 'Chickenhead' Thomas performing their daily tasks as well as a few others not in the job description. The episodes are: 'Happy People Sell', 'Some Will, Some Won't, So What, Next!', 'Surround Yourself With the Right People and the Rest Is Easy', 'The Cash Cow of the Company Has Stopped Giving Milk' and 'Get Back On the Horse and Ride'.
