The Culpepper Cattle Company DVD

| DVD

The Culpepper Cattle Company is a worthy example of a certain kind of early-1970s Western: deglamorized, unromantic, and frankly violent. An innocent western teenager learns about life on a long, violent and harrowing cattle drive. The American West as it really was. Extras: High Definition Transfer Production Still Gallery Behind The Scenes Gallery Plus many more TBA

Gary Grimes, Bo Hopkins and Billy Green Bush star in this '70s Western. Yearning to be a cowboy, teenager Ben Mockridge (Grimes) convinces Frank Culpepper (Bush) to let him join his cattle drive to Fort Lewis, Colorado. On the journey, Ben learns the realities of cowboy life in the Wild West as the company is attacked by rustlers and he discovers that Culpepper has no intentions of helping or educating him.
