When Commander David Wheeler (Donald Burton) is arrested for a seemingly motiveless attack on a mysterious vessel, his son Richard (Andrew Ashby), along with friends Lucy (Shelley Crowhurst) and Peter (Richard Willis), embarks on a search for the top-secret information that might clear his name. Along the way the three pals become entangled in an intrigue of codes, espionage and a fearsome new weapon under the sea.
