As the two men share laughs and reveal hidden frailties, they are forever bonded in this fascinating and ultimately heartbreaking story.

Jason Segel and Jesse Eisenberg star in this drama directed by James Ponsoldt. The story follows the true events that occurred during the five-day interview that took place between 'Rolling Stone' reporter David Lipsky (Eisenberg) and novelist David Foster Wallace (Segel) after the release of Wallace's acclaimed epic 'Infinite Jest'. During the course of the interview, Lipsky records every single conversation he has with Wallace and touches on topics such as his addictions and his lack of self-identity but Wallace refuses to go into detail, leaving Lipsky to connect the dots. The cast also includes Mamie Gummer and Joan Cusack.
