Busby Berkeley directs this classic musical starring James Ellison and Alice Faye. While on leave from the army, playboy Andy Mason (Ellison) develops a romantic attachment to showgirl Edie Allen (Faye). Unaware of how long his next assignment will be, Andy panics when meeting Edie for the first time and gives his name as Casey. On his next visit home, Andy becomes the recipient of a medal for which his father celebrates with a party employing the services of Edie's show troupe. What will her reaction be when she finds out her true love's true identity and that he's secretly engaged to someone else?
