Historical drama written and directed by Lucia Puenzo. Set in 1960s Argentina, the film follows ex-Nazi SS officer and experimental physician Josef Mengele (Alex Brendemühl) during his exile in Patagonia. Forced to hide his true identity, Mengele adopts a new name and lives incognito to avoid detection. After winning the trust of local German-speaking couple Eva and Enzo (Natalia Oreiro and Diego Peretti), the former doctor grows more and more eager to resume his experiments when he develops an interest in their abnormally short daughter Lilith (Florencia Bado). Meanwhile, Israeli Mossad agents are in hot pursuit after receiving a tip as to Josef's whereabouts, which ignites suspicion throughout the community...
