Chadwick Boseman stars as an ex-marine struggling to cope in the aftemath of the Iraq War in this action thriller. Failing to adjust to civilian life back in Portland, taxi driver Lt. Samuel Drake (Boseman) attends a veteran support group led by Marshall (Billy Zane) to help cure his plague of nightmares and trauma. But his fragile recovery is compromised when he is recruited by military agent Peter Krebbs (Peter Greene) to track down and kill his fellow former soldier Sgt. Devon Carter (Tory Kittles), who has embarked on a violent mission of revenge against the corrupt powers of the country.
