US horror about a landlord who secretly spies on his tenants with hidden cameras. The film follows Ryan (PJ McCabe) and his pregnant wife Claire (Brianne Moncrief) as they move into their new home in Southern California. What the blissfully unaware pair don't realise is their perverted, new landlord Gerald (Neville Archambault) is keeping an eye on their every move with his tiny, strategically placed cameras. He gains more influence over the couple's lives when he discovers Ryan is having an affair with his co-worker Hannah (Sarah Baldwin) and brings her back home whenever Claire is out of town. Will the couple's relationship survive these unwanted intrusions?
