Sven Knüppel writes and directs this dystopian sci-fi action feature. In a war-torn metropolis clones and humans live in an uneasy alliance where the illegal organ trade is booming. A taxi driver, struggling to keep his own organs, crosses paths with some of the city's seedy and troubled characters including a sportsman, politician, merchant and an artist.
