Hong Kong action hero Jet Li returns as a martial arts expert trying to save his father's life. A violent and nasty emperor is targeting members of an underground revolutionary gang trying to overthrow him. Li's father is part of that movement and has been singled out for retribution. So Li decides to confront the emperor's empire head on and bring down the evil tyrant.
