Quirky comedy in which a man, distraught at being dumped by his boyfriend, feigns a life-threatening illness in an attempt to win him back. Good-looking Paul (Benjamin Lutz) is not used to losing out in love, so when his current boyfriend, Brad (John Werskey), announces that he is leaving him and begins a relationship with another man, he is thrown into turmoil. Immediately discarding more conventional means of trying to win his lover back, Paul decides that informing Brad that he has been diagnosed with a terrible illness will do the trick. Paul duly sets out to earn Brad's sympathy, but will his claims stand up in the cold light of day or lead him into a maze of lies from which he'll struggle to escape?
After Paul, a self-centered and narcissistic hunk, loses his boyfriend to another man, he goes on a mission to get his man back. What he thought was a fool-proof plan, Paul pretends to have a life threatening illness in order to lure his man, Brad, back to him. Will Paul's plan work?
