One of the best known Philadelphia soul groups of the 1970s The Stylistics were originally made up of Airrion Love Herbert Murrell Russell Thompkins Jr James Dunn and James Smith. Much of their material has been covered by various artists in the succeeding years including Prince Sugababes Diana Ross Marvin Gaye Boyz II Men and Mary J Blige.
