When a prominent French politician is found dead on the border between the UK and France, detectives Karl Roebuck (Stephen Dillane) and Elise Wassermann (Clemence Poesy) are sent to investigate on behalf of their respective countries. However, as the case takes a surreal turn, a series of elaborate killings force the French and British police into uneasy partnership. Despite cultural divides, they find common ground in the race to stop a serial killer who has no boundaries. Using increasingly ingenious methods to highlight five 'truths' about our morally bankrupt society, the murderer draws Karl and Elise ever deeper into a powerful, personal and deadly agenda. A compelling and sophisticated thriller set against the backdrop of Europe in crisis, from the makers of Broadchurch, Spooks and Life on Mars. Carlo Ledesma directs this Australian indie horror about an investigative news crew who discover something evil living beneath the streets of Sydney. Reporter Natascha Warner (Bel Deliá) believes she's onto a story when, a year after the New South Wales government abandons a plan to store recycled water beneath the city, rumours emerge of a possible cover-up. Accompanied by her crew, producer Pete (Andy Rodoreda), cameraman Steve (Steve Davis) and soundman 'Tangles' (Luke Arnold), she sets out to explore the labyrinthine maze of abandoned underground railway tunnels beneath the city in search of the truth. But as soon as their search begins they find themselves in a desperate fight for survival, as one by one the group are targeted by an unknown yet deadly entity.
