These broadcasts were made in the USA and Canada in the 1950's and 1960's. After Elvis Presley's breakthrough success in 1956 local TV stations knew that they could help their ratings by more rock and rollers. The artists on this DVD vary from one hit wonders like Charlie Gracy to chart toppers such as The Everly Brothers. Whilst the technical standards of these broadcasts leave alot to be desired these are still fascinating glimpses of rock and roll history....
