British drama written and directed by Helen Walsh. Young teen Shelly (Lauren McQueen) is rehoused on a rough estate after testifying in court against her abusive father. Isolated and in desperate need of guidance, Shelly becomes involved in petty crime and it's not long before she attracts the unwanted attention of local loan shark Mikey (Stephen Lord) and troubled rival Rachel (Brogan Ellis). With Mikey's hold on Shelly growing, she discovers that her father is to be released on parole early, leaving her with some life-altering decisions to make.
