Tequan Richmond and Isaiah Washington star in this thriller inspired by the 2002 Beltway sniper attacks. Young Lee Malvo (Richmond) has been abandoned by everyone he loves. When father figure John Muhammad (Washington) promises him a better life in exchange for loyalty and a mutual agreement of what is right and what is wrong, he and Lee set out on a violent killing spree across Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. Positioning their rifle through a hole in the trunk of their blue Chevrolet Caprice the pair set out on their journey across America killing anyone who gets in their way.
