THE WILD is a fantastic follow up animation to Madagascar and held our 4yr old grandsons attention for the whole film (along with our own - surprisingly). The storyline is basically father lion (Samson) upsets his young son (Ryan) who then runs away from the zoo that they live in.Ryan goes to sleep in a truck and then eventually ends up in the jungle (the Wild !!) with father and a really funny bunch of fellow zoo friends (giraffe, squirrel, koala and snake) in hot pursuit. The "rescuers" manage to arrive in the same jungle and then battle with various adversaries to rescue Ryan. A thoroughly enjoyable, fun film for ALL ages.
