Jackie Chan stars in this action thriller about a car mechanic forced to drive the race of his life to save his sisters. While helping the police spot illegally upgraded cars, Hong Kong master mechanic Chan Fan To (Chan) apprehends deranged street racer Warner 'Cougar' Kaugman (Thorsten Nickel).
