Dave MacLeod is one of the most outstanding climbers of recent years - a bold, exceptional all-rounder, an expert on both rock and ice. This reputation was further enhanced in 2007 when he climbed his most ambitious rock route to date on Hell's Lum crag in the heart of the Cairngorms. This new film (first shown on BBC Scotland) follows Dave's progress on his many attempts and shows his eventual success on what he has since described as 'the scariest lead of my life'.
