Please note this is a region 2 DVD and will require a region 2 (Europe) or region Free DVD Player in order to play. Tom's Midnight Garden is a charming adaptation of Philippa Pearce's children's story.

Film adaptation of the classic children's tale in which a young boy finds access to a magical midnight garden. When his brother comes down with the measles, Tom (Anthony Way) is sent to stay with his Aunt Gwen (Greta Scacchi) and his Uncle Alan (James Wilby) in the dilapidated old manor they inhabit. One night, after hearing the house clock strike 13, Tom heads downstairs to investigate. What he finds is incredible: a huge garden filled with wondrous characters. Even more strangely, Tom seems to be invisible to all of the garden's inhabitants except the delightful Hatty (Florence Hoath). As Hatty and Tom become friends, he is drawn ever deeper into the mystery of the garden and the strange old house which contains it.
