Documentary in which filmmaker John Walsh covers his own campaign to win a safe Labour seat for the Conservatives during the 2010 General Election. The seat, in Middlesbrough, is considered one of the safest in Britain. However, Walsh quickly discovers that the Labour incumbent, Sir Stuart Bell, has been badly neglecting his parliamentary duties. Can the unlikely Tory wrest the seat from Labour or at least force Bell to make an appearance in his own constituency?
