Two Californian friends go in search of ancient treasure in this action adventure. After falling prey to a get-rich-quick scheme Anthony (Cameron Van Hoy) and his buddy Shlomo (Michael Drayer) end up behind bars in Mexico. There, they meet veteran treasure hunter Blake West (Timothy V. Murphy) who offers to break the pair out with the promise of wealth if they accompany him on a quest to recover a cursed gold statue. But as they head into the dangerous Mexican desert in pursuit of the legendary treasure of the black jaguar, the trio face competition from West's former employer Katsu Taku (Masayuki Imai) who wants the haul for himself.
